Shame and Guilt Clearing & Healing Meditation

This guided meditation is a recording from one of our group LIVE calls of Leaders of Light Collective monthly membership.

This is a 66 min audio that starts with a few minutes of instructions at the beginning and guidelines at the end. The meditation part itself is approximately 60 minutes.

This is an active meditation – meaning you will be guided to work with your consciousness in the quantum field in order to locate old, stuck energies of shame and guilt. During meditation, Kristina also uses Light Language to assist you with the release and provide necessary frequency codes.

Guilt and shame are some of the densest frequencies that one can hold in their energy field, which often can make us experience a sense of unworthiness, self-judgement, and criticism, leaving us disappointed in ourselves. It is important that we learn how to transmute and release these energies from the past so that we can move forward with our ideas, goals and desires fully without judging or sabotaging ourselves.
