This is a session like no other. This is a deep dive session in which I open up my consciousness to invite beings of Light to come forth to assist you specifically with guided healing, releasing, and clearing.
The session consists of TWO parts:
- Releasing & healing. First, we will focus on “the issue” by identifying the root, processing, and releasing it. This is when an extraterrestrial, your ancestors, or any other being of light will step through to assist and guide you with the release.
- Towards the end of the session, your light body will be taken up to the Pleiadian starship for clearing, energetical upgrades, and upliftment.

Our interdimensional brothers & sisters (light beings, extraterrestrials) are coming forth at this time to assist us with healing and releasing old past dense energies from our being. They are here to assist us in working with our shadow Self to become free from our past pain, alleviate the trauma, and support raising the consciousness & the frequency on individual and the collective level of humanity in these times of ascension on Earth.
Structure of the session
1) 5-10 mins setting the intention and getting clear on what we're working on
2) ~15 mins grounding and coming into a meditative state
3) 40-55 mins of channeled healing
4) 5-10 mins grounding, reflection, questions
In most of the sessions, first, we're joined by a Yahuel light being who is stepping through to assist with the guided healing & releasing process.
Followed by a Pleiadian being who will assist with clearing & energetical upgrades by working on your light body. This is a process of bringing your light body on one of the Pleiadian starships and you going through their unique consciousness technology using plasma light healing - frequency machine. This will provide "energetical surgery" for your energy field - clearing, upliftment and frequency upgrades.
While this is the case for most of these interdimensional sessions - this is not always the case as sometimes it may be your ancestors, other light beings or your divine counterpart (a parallel version of you) that may want to step through and work with you, so please come into the session with an open mind & heart, without high nor specific expectations.
You will be able to share with me your intentions in the questionnaire as you're booking the session as well as at the beginning of the session.
Requirements - as described above, please come into session without specific expectations as each and every one of us is unique with unique life experiences hence the healing and how we release this - will be different. There might be times during the session when I use Light Language to assist with release and healing, so ideally you have experienced it already (or at least know what it is) so that you remain open and receptive for it to do its magic.
Please bear in mind this is not a session where "I give you the answers" this is a session to guide you to connect with the deeper layers of yourself, your soul and for you to access the interdimensional level of your being and heal/clear the energies from there. You will be guided along the whole process and there also will be messages coming through, but the session will require your active participation as well 🙂
You don't have to be a meditation "pro" or a psychic to do this, but you have to be able to trust and let go of control.
Channeling is always done with protection and for the highest good of all involved as guided by your Highest Self.
You will also be provided with a video recording of the session within 24h after the session.

Hemma –
Kristina assisted me with her powerful channeling abilities to clear and heal many ancestral wounds and pain. I have worked with her doing light language, shadow work and also ancestral healing and I can recommend her from the bottom of my heart.
She is a great “mediator” between the spirit world and our physical world. Releasing stuff with her help is much easier than doing it alone… I believe for some things we need a guide, we need assistance and Kristina is perfect for it.

Omg!! Since our session yesterday I just had a MASSIVE breakthrough!
I was able to connect to my Pleiadian guides in a way I never had before..they were fully streaming a message through and took me to a past life where I was creating really powerful, positive changes but ended up betrayed! I booked a session with Kristina initially because my partner insisted I work with Kristina.
A few days after booking the session, I woke up from a dream, which insisted I needed to “heal the mother wound.” So during our session, Kristina helped me connect to my higher self and from there I was able to look at parts of my feminine creative side which had been “wounded.”
The message was that I needed to know I was safe and that I could express myself so I could fulfill my Purpose. During the session, I revisited a painful memory and analyzed how that memory stopped me from expressing my feminine creative side, which really affected me throughout my life.
I appreciate that during the session Kristina said it was ok to express the hurt I was feeling, and in that moment, it felt like there was no judgment and that made me feel safe.
So all in all, my partner was right, Kristina does have a gift and it was very good to work with them. I didn’t have any expectations for the session, but I was very pleased with the whole experience and what’s been happening afterward.
The good thing about the session is that working on that one topic helped me address a list of other topics I originally intended to work with Kristina on. I’d definitely recommend working Kristina, good person, very helpful. Thank you.
