What Is a Lightworker

To put it into simple words – Lightworker is a soul that decided to incarnate on our planet at this time with a specific mission and very often this mission falls under a desire to raise the vibration & consciousness of the collective. (sounds familiar, doesn’t it?😉).
Lightworker is simply a missioned soul, who works on the side of the Light (remember we’re living in the polarity reality of darkness & light, where both has its role to play, but that’s a story for another time :)).

And no, not all souls are missioned.
Yes, all souls have a purpose for an incarnation, but it’s not necessarily a mission so to speak.

Often you also can hear Lightworkers being named “starseeds”, this is because many of the souls that have come to planet Earth (to assist the current transition process (ascension) into 5D), have come from across the Galaxies.

When I finally understood the meaning of a Lightworker – I thought there’s no way I’m a Lightworker 

I didn’t feel good enough, worthy or that I have any “superpowers” to claim a label like this. This is why I want to bust some myths in this post and share with you 5 signs of being a Lightworker.

Sign Nr.1 You’re a Lightworker – Childhood Trauma

It’s quite common that people who are lightworkers have had rough times in their childhood and often traumas. This can be physical, emotional or mental trauma.

The reason being is that these souls choose to incarnate in one of the densest places on the planet (all across the planet, more on that in point Nr.2). We need to understand the pain that is currently present on this planet so that we learn ourselves how to overcome & heal it, so that then we can help others to overcome this as well. Imagine trying to help someone heal something that you don’t really understand or relate to.

So it makes us more relatable AND really helps us understand how to bring new solutions and new ways of being.

Sign Nr.2 Feeling Alone or as an Outcast

Have you ever felt like “a black sheep” of the family? An outsider? Loner?
Almost like you don’t understand the people around you or people don’t understand you?

A very common sign of a lightworker, again because it is a missioned soul. A soul that came here to shine light on the unconscious ways of being and raise awareness.
As mentioned in the previous point, often Lightworker soul will incarnate in one of the densest places on the planet – we’re literally being thrown all across the globe, planted as “seeds” to help (trigger) our family, while learning the lesson in a specific scenario that later in life we need to learn to overcome.

It just wouldn’t make sense for us to incarnate in one group, right.

This is why so many of us feel like something is wrong with us because we literally are surrounded with very different souls in childhood and/or until we start working on our healing to raise our vibration and start connecting with other Lightworkers.

Sign Nr.4 You Can Be a Lightworker – Intuition

Have you ever had a feeling that you JUST KNOW something for no particular reason?
Or feel that something is about to happen?
Maybe you’re easily able to sense the vibe of another person?

Well, my friend, that’s your intuition speaking to you – there are different ways how you may sense things – through hearing, feeling, knowing etc.
It is quite common that Lightworkers have a heightened sense of intuition and psychic abilities.

Well, first of all as we already understood – you’re coming from higher dimensions (than 3D), where everyone is psychic and this is just a natural human ability.

The reason why it comes quite naturally to Lightworkers is that we need to be intune with the energetical field around us in order to assist others more easily.

You probably heard “empath” – this is part of being a Lightworker – being able to understand other people, see their perspective to support them through healing, undoing conditioning AND be able to sense when there’s not so good energy around you to protect yourself and/or others (no matter you do this consciously or not, this is coded into your soul’s template).

Sign of a Lightworker Nr. 5 Desire to help 

A big part of being a Lightworker is the desire to help, because you’re so intuned and are able to feel others and because you’ve been through suffering yourself – you want to show others that there is a way out.

Because we know that there’s light on the other side of the tunnel and we want to assist others, we have this desire to be of service to others.

This is why often you’ll find that Lightworkers are there for others listening, giving solutions – many of us are (or aspire to be) coaches, healers, teachers or we’re called to bring solutions to the old rigid systems of the world.

And remember your desire to help and make a difference in the world doesn’t have to be something MASSIVE, it can be a simple smile to a stranger – each and everyone one of us has our own codes and mission to fulfil.
