How TO Take Charge of Your Life

We all have heard the sayings:
“You Become What You Think About” or “You become Your Thoughts”.
If these statements are true – why the majority of the people don’t have what they want then?
Why the majority of people are hating their lives?
Even though some people do try to manifest their dream life and think about what they want, but still have no success?
The answer is – the majority of people DO NOT THINK!
Obviously, I don’t mean that for the majority of your life you haven’t been thinking, BUT there’s a difference between conscious thinking and processing information and images in our mind.
Our mind is literally an advanced machine, which unfortunately we haven’t been taught how to use – we haven’t been given the “instruction manual”.
Conscious Thinking vs. Processing Information
If you want to take charge of your life and CONSCIOUSLY create, manifest your dream life, well…then you have to start CONSCIOUSLY think about that which you want.
In school or by our parent, by society all, we have been taught is to process information, see images in our brain, but is this really thinking?
If we only rely on information being processed in our mind to change our lives…well it doesn’t give a signal to the Universe, that we do want to change our current life situation.
Why it doesn’t give the “signal”?
Because when we process information – that’s all that we do, we just process. We don’t consciously engage (feel, commit, experience) with that information. Sometimes we’re not even consciously aware that our brain is processing something – because it’s all happening on the pilot (that’s how incredible our brain is).
Imagine now that all the information that you’re processing suddenly would be affecting your physical reality – we would get quite a lot of troubles.
Here’s the thing:
It’s not that what you have been “thinking” about can’t be true, or you haven’t been imagining it enough..
We have to understand that processing info & images is NOT the process you should be utilizing if you’re serious about taking charge of your life and changing it.
There’s a difference between thinking about something consciously, making the decision and engaging with it on energetical level vs. allowing the possibility of something good happening “one day”, “wouldn’t it be nice, if…” – this is not full commitment and it doesn’t give the signal to the universe that you’re all in!
Your Level Of Belief Is Sabotaging You
Now, when you’re getting more clear that it’s not enough with just visualizing, seeing the images and processing the information about “how nice it would be to have something”, but rather you have to step into it & commit to change your life..
Now you can become aware that a lot of the times – people don’t make the decision that they want to step into their dreams!
The reason for that is either fear, self-doubt or they just don’t believe that changing their life (by thinking) can be that simple.
It is simple in a nutshell, but we humans tend to overcomplicate things and come up with the reasons why we can’t do something, hence we block the change itself by not even trying to step in & commit to it.
How crazy is that?!!

You have to raise your level of belief that you can actually change your life.
Believe that if you consciously think about your desire – you will see the change in the physical.
Raise Your Level Of Belief To Take Charge Of Your Life
But you HAVE TO believe it!
Fully and completely.
Not just on the level of “I believe it’s possible”, but on the level of KNOWIGNESS.
Knowing that it is done.
It is done on the vibrational level.
You can tap into this level of certainty by making a decision.
The decision that you will do it.
When you know that you will do it, that you’re already in it and you committed to this change in your life – then there’s really no doubt about will this happen or not, because you know you have your back.
You definitely need to have a decent level of self-trust to trust yourself that you will do it. Many people make a decision and then quickly change their mind because of what other people might think of them.

Another important aspect of this – that people have not only self-doubt but doubt of this process.
Many people (when they become aware) that they can manifest and be in charge of their lives – are shooting so high: “I want to be a millionaire”, “I want to live on another side of the world!” etc.
While all of these are amazing goals – because they haven’t consciously manifested what they want, previously in their life – their level of belief is LOW.
And of course, when your level of belief that this can happen is low – it won’t become true!!
Doubting the Process
So they doubt themselves, doubt the process and just stay stuck.
Instead, start small👇
Don’t aim for $ 1’000’000 at first (if you don’t believe it fully), but rather think about quitting your job, starting your business and COMMIT to it!
Make a decision that it is done already and by sending this energetical signal into the cosmos – you’ll notice new ideas, opportunities coming your way how you can make it happen will start popping in your mind or the external.
Then when you realize it was actually YOU who did that, because you put your thinking and feelings into it – then start aiming at higher goals, because now your level of belief that this might be working is already going up 😉
How To Take Charge Of Your Life
Now when you know this – here’s your homework 🙂
Think about things or areas of life that you want to change.
Ask yourself: “Was I actually thinking about it or was I just processing information in my brain aka “allowing the possibility” for it to happen?
🧠To consciously take charge of your life:🧠
- Become aware of that what you want
- Make a decision & commit that you will do it
- Raise your level of belief
- THINK about it and feel it
And most importantly – TRUST.
Trust that this works and that the changes you desire are already in the process of manifestation for it to come into your physical.
